Pricing & Quotes

How much does mobile car detailing cost?+
Pricing depends on your vehicle's size and the package you choose. Interior-Only starts at $110, Exterior-Only at $90, and a complete Full Detail starts at $240. Each package has a Basic and Premium option, and full pricing for sedans, SUVs, and trucks is listed on our Services page.
Why are there Basic and Premium prices?+
Basic covers a thorough, professional clean. Premium adds deeper treatment and longer-lasting protection. Both are quality work — Premium simply goes further. Tell us your goals and we'll recommend the right fit.
Is the price I see the final price?+
For a standard-condition vehicle, yes — the price for your size and package is fixed, with no hourly surprises. Vehicles that are extra dirty need more time and product, so those are quoted custom based on condition.
What makes a vehicle "extra dirty"?+
Heavy pet hair, mold or mildew, heavy sand or dirt buildup, food spills and stains, heavy mud on carpets or mats, deep stains needing extraction, smoke residue or strong odors, or a vehicle that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. These take extra labor, so we quote them custom.
How do I get a custom quote?+
Text us photos of your front seats, rear seats, carpets and floor mats, trunk, and any areas of concern. Whenever possible we'll review them and give you an estimated price before we confirm your appointment.
Will you ever charge me more without telling me?+
Never. If your vehicle's condition differs from the photos provided, or we discover additional issues during inspection, we discuss any additional charges with you before any work begins. No extra charge is ever added without your approval.
Do you offer any discounts?+
Yes — new customers save 10% on their first detail. Just mention it when you call or text to book.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book an appointment?+
The easiest way is to call or text us at (484) 704-8441. You can also reach us on WhatsApp, or message us on Facebook or Instagram. We'll confirm your appointment and answer any questions before we come out.
Do I need to be home during the service?+
No. As long as we have access to the vehicle, keys are available if needed, and payment arrangements have been made, you don't need to be home.
Is a deposit required?+
No deposit is required for Interior-Only or Exterior-Only services. For Full Detailing, a $30 deposit may be required to reserve your appointment — and it's applied to your total.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How long does a detail take?+
It depends on the package and your vehicle's condition. An exterior or interior service is quicker, while a full detail takes longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Service Area & On-Site

What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Horsham, PA and serve Huntingdon Valley, Warrington, Dresher, Plymouth, Ambler, Blue Bell, Hatboro, Maple Glen, Willow Grove, Warminster Township, and Fort Washington. Don't see your town? Ask — you may still be in range.
Do you really come to me?+
Yes — we're a fully mobile service. We travel directly to your home, apartment, workplace, or other approved location and detail your vehicle on-site.
What do you need at my location?+
Just a safe, legal parking space large enough to work around the vehicle. Our mobile unit is fully equipped — water and electricity are helpful but not required.
Do you need to use my water or power?+
No. Our unit carries everything needed. If water and electricity happen to be available they're helpful, but they're never required.

Services & Vehicles

What's the difference between Interior, Exterior, and Full Detailing?+
Interior-Only is a deep clean and refresh inside. Exterior-Only is a wash, protect, and shine outside. Full Detailing combines both for complete inside-and-out care — our most popular option.
What's included in a detail?+
Depending on the package: hand wash and dry, foam cannon pre-wash, wheel and tire cleaning, interior vacuuming, carpet and seat shampoo, leather cleaning and conditioning, bug and tar removal, clay bar treatment, paint sealant protection, and interior steam cleaning.
Do you detail trucks and large SUVs?+
Yes. We detail sedans and coupes, SUVs and crossovers, and full-size or large trucks. Pricing is based on the size of your vehicle.
Can you get pet hair out?+
Yes. Heavy pet hair takes extra time, so it's quoted custom — but removing pet hair, odors, and embedded dirt is exactly the kind of deep work we specialize in.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash, Cash App, credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is handled in person — never online.
What happens if it rains?+
For light rain, we may still perform interior services or work under adequate cover. For heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe weather, we'll reschedule at no additional charge and contact you as early as possible.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
If you're not completely satisfied with our work, let us know before we leave and we'll do our best to make it right.
Are you insured?+
Yes — Pro Luxe is fully insured and committed to providing reliable, professional, and convenient service to every customer.
